Pengaruh Kemitraan Dan Inovasi Terhadap Kewirausahaan Sosial Dosen PTS Bidang Ekonomi Di Kota Pekanbaru

The implementation of the tri dharma of higher education as a form of lecturer's obligation is an important part, especially in the field of community service, a lecturer requires creative power in analyzing the problem situations faced by the community and this is still considered not optimal. The number of private universities in Pekanbaru is 11 private universities with 284 lecturers, in 2020 the list of recipients of the higher education service grants is only 5 titles or 1.76%. This condition indicates the low performance of lecturers in the field of community service at private private universities in the economic field in Pekanbaru City which requires high social entrepreneurship. It is suspected that there are many factors that influence lecturer's social entrepreneurship, including partnerships and innovation. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Using a sample of PTS lecturers as many as 74 people with proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used in data collection and data were analyzed by means of multiple linear regression. The results show that it is proven that the partnership and innovation variables have a significant effect on social entrepreneurship of private university lecturers in Pekanbaru City and it is also known that the innovation variable has a greater influence than partnership on lecturers' social entrepreneurship.
