Moderasi Akses Keuangan Pada Hubungan Entrepreneurship Orientation, Market Orientation Dan Learning Orientation Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Di Kota Pekanbaru

The goal of this study is to develop a model that describes the moderating influence of financial access on the link between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and learning orientation on SMEs' performance in Pekanbaru City. Approach to Methodology By gathering primary data from respondents, this study used a survey research design. The study includes gathering data directly from MSME owner-managers in order to examine the effect of access to finance in regulating the link between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and learning orientation on MSME performance. In the field of strategic management and entrepreneurship, this study provides a thorough knowledge of the impact of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and learning orientation on MSME performance. Entrepreneur Oriented has a large effect on business performance, whereas Market Oriented has a big effect on access to finance, according to the findings of the study. Then Access to Finance (AF) can only moderate the relationship between Entrepreneur Oriented and Learning Oriented on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City, but not the relationship between Entrepreneur Oriented and Learning Oriented on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City.
