Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Etis Terhadap Work-Family Conflict Dimediasi Kelelahan Emosional Pegawai Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru

Current management literature on ethical leadership is focused on the role of ethical leadership in determining organizational and individual outcomes, and the issues involved in adopting ethical leadership practices. Despite the extensive focus on ethical leadership, there are many areas that require further investigation. The sample in this study were all employees of the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency, totaling 111 civil servants from 156 taken randomly and in this study, the authors used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method. Based on the findings obtained from testing the hypothesis and explained in the previous chapters, the following conclusions can be drawn: Ethical leadership has a direct, negative and significant effect on emotional exhaustion; Ethical leadership has a negative and significant direct effect on work-family conflict; Emotional exhaustion has a positive and significant direct effect on work-family conflict; Ethical leadership has a negative and significant indirect effect on work-family conflict through emotional exhaustion.
